We have over 22 years of giving our community an amazing experience. Frist as Trumble Deli & Video for 21 years and now Billy T's Americana Café for almost a year now. We pride ourselves with good food and customer service.

Serving You Since 1995

Billy T's Americana Cafe opened in Trimble, Missouri, when Billy Trabue built the restaurant from a two-bedroom house in 1995.

After years of serving the community, Billy retired at the age of 70. Now at 74, he is excited to be back and see all his customers and friends again.
